Money talk.
There are entire cable networks, magazines, newspapers,
and websites dedicated to the discussion and dissection
of money issues. Helping people with their finances is
a hot topic everywhere you look except churches!
Dick Towner says its time for that to change. For more than 30 years, Dicks
passion has been helping others understand and apply biblical principles of sound
stewardship.
This topic of financial stewardship is one of the most intimidating, misunderstood
and avoided areas in the life of believers and in our churches, but one of the
most important, Dick says. Issues of stewardship are critical to
the church and have huge spiritual implications for Christ-followers.
Dick refers to this as The Stewardship Dilemma and it will be his
focus when CCN hosts Good Sense Stewardship on Tuesday, August 26.
This live, interactive training seminar is designed to help churches and individuals
better understand practical ways to become better stewards of Gods resources.
This seminar will help you:
Explore the factors behind the stewardship dilemma
Learn how to overcome the stewardship dilemma
Identify and apply the foundation for a stewardship culture
Identify the steps in implementing a financial stewardship ministry
in your church
Get ready for money talk. . .from a biblical perspective.
