It's time for a small group eye exam!
Is your vision blurred... Do your groups lack focus?
Or do you suffer from double-vision? You've got too many agendas and no clear purpose...
Too often groups just float along - not knowing why they are meeting together or what is to be gained from their time together.
This month on the Groups That Grow training series, Bill Donahue will discuss the importance of Developing Group Vision!
Says Donahue, his goal is to help small group leaders, "get clarity about where they are going and the kind of community [they] want to become."
Learn how thriving groups share a set of common goals, and their time together is not only purposeful, but fruitful and fulfilling.
During this practical session, group leaders will learn how to:
- Define their unique purpose and mission.
- Communicate their vision for the future.
- Keep their group on course.
Make sure that your small group teams have an eye for Developing Group Vision.
