Church growth
is one of the ultimate good-news/bad-news situations in church
work. The good news is that the Gospel is reaching an increasing
number of people in your community who are coming to your
church.
The bad news: now you have to start thinking about church
facilities development – something your seminary never
trained you for!
Yet while building projects are complicated, they don’t
have to be a nightmare. And, best of all, they can actually
build unity in your congregation!
Along with the Leadership Network and the Cornerstone Alliance,
CCN offers you the chance to learn from church facilities
experts who want you to know that a building project can
actually be a transformational opportunity for your church
and your community.
This practical workshop provides you with timeless principles,
best (and worst) practices, and emergent ideas. Learn about:
- Collaborative Team Formation
- Process and Planning
- Vision
- Culture
- Strategic Leadership
You’ll discover how to examine transformational opportunities
that will help you unlearn old practices and assumptions
and develop a leadership team that leads through relationships,
vision and values, and collaboration.
Find out how you can form and execute plans for facilities
development that advance the church and its mission, and
make a positive impact on the culture of your organization.
