For 17 years he served The Gallup Organization, leading their research into the world's best managers, leaders, and workplaces. A graduate of Cambridge University , he is the author of three best-selling books: First, Break All the Rules; Now, Discover Your Strengths ; and One Thing You Need to Know.
Jim Mellado is president of the Willow Creek Association, a worldwide organization with over 10,500 Member Churches. A 1988 Olympic decathlete, Jim earned his MBA from Harvard, is an expert on the study of the change process, and wrote the Harvard MBA Willow Creek Case Study. He is an in-demand church network and organizational expert and conference speaker.
