Gary Smalley is is the president and founder of the Smalley Relationship Center and is widely known as an expert on family relationships. He has authored and co-authored 28 best-selling books,including The DNA of Relationships, in addition to films and videos, counseling, and speaking. For more than 35 years, he has studied relationships and offers practical insights to people all over the world. He has appeared on television programs such as the Oprah Winfrey Show, Larry King Live, and NBC´s Today Show.
Dr. Les Parrott is an award-winning author and Professor of Clinical Psychology at Seattle Pacific University and founder and director of the Center for Relationship Development, a groundbreaking program teaching the basics of good relationships. He is a master communicator, having impacted people from all walks of life including executives, international government officials, professional athletes and college students and appearing on national radio and television shows, including "CBS This Morning", "Good Morning America", "NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw" "Oprah," "The View with Barbara Walters," and CNN.
Dr. Leslie Parrott not only shares her name with her husband but his passion
for helping others build healthy relationships. Leslie is a marriage and family therapist, author, speaker and with her husband, Les, co-founder of the Center for Relationship Development on the campus of Seattle Pacific University - a groundbreaking program dedicated to teaching the basics of good relationships. Together the Parrott's have authored and co-authored numerous best-selling books, including Becoming Soul Mates, When Bad Things Happen to Good Marriages, and Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts.
H.B. London, is the Vice President of Ministry Outreach/Pastoral Ministries for Focus on the Family. After serving three decades in pastoral ministry, he joined Focus on the Family as a "pastor to pastors." He directs the development of ministries to pastors and their spouses, and oversees ministries affecting physicians, youth culture, the inner city, missionaries, and chaplains. He has coauthored Pastors at Risk, The Heart of a Great Pastor, and They Call Me.
Tony Perkins, a graduate of Liberty University and former United States Marine, entered his successful career in public service, working for the Baton Rouge City Police and the U.S. State Department's Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program and teaching hundreds of police officers around the globe. Later, Perkins was both reporter and news director at a local Baton Rouge television station. He then entered the political arena, winning the election for State House District 64 in the eastern suburbs of Baton Rouge, campaigning on a traditional conservative platform of strong families and limited government. Four years later, he was re-elected without opposition.
Dr. Tim LaHaye is a noted author, minister, and nationally recognized speaker on Bible prophecy. LaHaye is the founder and president of Tim LaHaye Ministries and the co-founder of the Pre-Trib Research Center. The Pre-Trib Research Center was established for the express purpose of exposing ministers to the teachings of good Bible prophecy. Currently, LaHaye speaks at many of the major Bible prophecy conferences in the United States and Canada. His books include:
Beverly LaHaye founded Concerned Women for America (CWA) in 1979. This organization´s function is to affect six foundational areas of American culture: sanctity of life, definition of the family, the fight against pornography, education, religious liberty, and national sovereignty. She has authored and co-authored 15 books and many editorials, established the award-winning television talk show Concerned Women Today, and appeared on many newscasts such as CBS Evening News, NBC Nightly News, and Nightline.
Wellington Boone incorporated Living Word Evangelistic Association in approximately 1983, and later changed the name to Wellington Boone Ministries at the encouragement of his leaders. His first church that is still in existence and under his covering is Manna Christian Fellowship of Richmond, Virginia, incorporated in 1985. He started The Fellowship of International Churches in 1994. The founding pastors conferred on Pastor Boone the title of Bishop.
